Ten Ten Resources is a web-based educational organisation that offers a subscription service to primary and secondary schools.
As part of our continued growth, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Finance Assistant who will be responsible for maintaining daily worksheets and ledger system, maintaining records, assisting with accounts payable and receivable duties and providing general administrative support.
- Managing the Cash book
- Recording Sales and Purchase Transactions
- Posting on to Sage
- Preparing quotations for Multi-Academy Trusts
- Performing credit control by chasing payments
- Bank reconciliation
- Vat returns
- Assist with ad hoc year-end tasks
The successful candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have strong attention to detail.
Experience of the following is essential:
- Sage Business Cloud Accounting
- Sage Business Cloud Payroll
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
Hours & Salary
This is a home working role.
35 hours per week (option of reduced 30 hours/week).
Option of term-time only (39 weeks + holidays)
Salary range: £21,500 – £25,500
