What is my username?
Your username is usually your school email address.
- Please note that if your email address contains an apostrophe, you may need to omit this from your username (eg o’boyle@school.com becomes oboyle@school.com)
What is my password?
We don’t know your password. However, you can reset your password.
My username is not recognised?
Usernames are your registered email address and they are case-sensitive. If you are not sure what your registered email is, you can see it in Your Account.
I am logged in but still can't access the page I want
Want to know what programmes your school current subscribes to? View your subscriptions
Do you need to subscribe or upgrade? Your Account Administrator can add programmes to your school’s account. Who is my Account Administrator?
How do I add or remove staff members?
The Account Administrator of your school account can add and remove staff members from your account. Go to Manage Users

What is the CPD Package?
The CPD Package is a new subscription platform providing online CPD sessions and courses running throughout 2022-23.
An annual subscription includes access to all courses available for every member of staff in your school.
